Description: Our ambitious artist development programme supports young musicians to develop their careers by helping them to produce their own music videos, as well as offering one-to-one support, mentoring, and participation in music industry seminars and workshops.

More than 70 young musical artists have benefited from our scheme and it has resulted in seven videos which have received regular screening on music channels Channel U and MTV Base. One music video by Bomb Squad spent five weeks in Channel U’s Number One slot, and helped launch the artists’ careers. Others have been supported in setting up their own businesses and many have gone on to perform at other events and festivals.
